Sweet like Honeysalt

Last week, I had the amazing opportunity to stay at the new hotel inside of the Parq; The Douglas Vancouver. It was such an amazing experience. From the service and the decor, to every little beautiful detail, our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel boasts some amazing restaurants, but Honeysalt has always been on my "to eat" list. Tucked away, on street level of the JW Marriot, HoneySalt is cute, bright and stylish. Inspired by Farm to table, they serve both breakfast, dinner and an afternoon tea (which is on my list as well).

My friend, Sarah and I were excited to try their breakfast menu. Boy, did it not disappoint. Our waiter was super sweet, and gave us great suggestions on the various menu items. I ordered my typical Vanilla Latte, which was delish. For food, I ordered the fluffy and delicious fruit topped pancakes.

I highly suggest checking out Honeysalt when you're in the area. I find Vancouver doesn't have enough week-day breakfast stops, and Honeysalt hits the spot!
